We are looking for a suitably qualified Civil Designer to join the team. You will be responsible for providing civil engineering design services, to provide detailed construction drawings and documentation, estimate documentation, as well as project management in the delivery phase, to ensure the effective design and implementation of Road and Stormwater infrastructure assets to the community.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design, particularly in road and stormwater design.
- An ability to competently design road and stormwater projects and competent in utilising Civil 3D and Civil Site Design computer packages.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the use of appropriate engineering standards.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Oral and communication skills.
- Estimating skills or willingness to learn
Qualifications required:
- Advanced Diploma of Engineering Design (Civil Design) or equivalent experience.
Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hour fortnight
Salary range: $85,228.45 to $95,922.40 plus superannuation
