Salary and conditions of employment

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Council’s current Enterprise Agreement and relevant award for each position. Please refer to the Position Description for the role classification level.

Superannuation

Council has a generous superannuation scheme – 14.5% for permanent employees personally contributing 7.06%.

Reward and recognition

Council employees are recognised after 5 years of service and continued recognition at five year intervals.

Uniforms

Depending on your role Council employees have access to protective clothing, corporate uniform allowance (conditions apply).
