• Position Title: Senior Plant Operator

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $93,109 per annum + Allowances + Superannuation

• Based: Alice Springs with approx. 90% travel to remote communities

• Term Type: This position is Permanent, Full-time role

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with around 5 years of experience operating plant, with a relevant Diploma or Certificate III to accompany this. You'll be a team player and someone who can lead and motivate those around you.

You'll need:

• Relevant and current plant and equipment tickets, with demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, graders and trucks

• A current HC Driver's License and Construction White Card or willingness to obtain them

• Proven ability to work safely, including conducting pre-start checks, inspections and minor maintenance of plant and equipment.

• Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference

• Experience in undertaking remediation and civil construction capital works including waste management facilities, road networks and public open spaces
