Goldfields Oasis is seeking a passionate and skilled Casual Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role will involve delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of various skill levels, while continuously adapting teaching techniques to ensure maximum engagement and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct swimming lessons, modifying teaching techniques as needed to suit individual student requirements.
Regularly provide updates on student progress to the Senior Officer Swim School/Pool Deck Supervisor.
Maintain the highest standards of safety for all students and address any unsafe conditions on the pool deck.
Establish and uphold exceptional customer service and public relations, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all Centre patrons.
Collaborate with the Senior Officer Swim School and other instructors to enhance the development of the Oasis Swim School.
Maintain accurate records of participants and other relevant documentation as requested.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of Swim School resources.
Provide sufficient notice to the Senior Officer and Pool Deck Supervisor if unable to attend a scheduled shift.
