The Role
The primary objective of the Change Manager EPMO is setting the strategic framework for enterprise change management to enable the successful delivery of change across the City of Ballarat, and to advise our staff how to engage and advise on transformation and operational change initiatives to maximise delivery of strategic value for the organisation.
We are looking for a hands-on, seasoned Change Manager, to lead, develop and implement communications and training across all change initiatives, contributing to the outputs of the projects within the EPMO Portfolio.
This is a full-time ongoing position. The Band 8 salary ranges from $113,068 to $125,540 per annum inclusive of allowances plus statutory superannuation.
About You
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrated experience in developing, initiating and executing change management strategy and plans along with providing guidance and leadership in communication, coordination and analysis, ideally within an EPMO or project management environment.
This business unit is driving cultural change across the organisation and seeks a confident, experienced candidate to engage and co-ordinate a network of change champions, who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
Extensive experience with implementing and working within "cross-department" organisational change strategies and an understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies will be critical to support successful outcomes.
